Family Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker to work as part of a small team based across parts of London & Essex. Responsibilities include supporting local families with small children in their homes. Supporting the coordinator team and our volunteers in delivering our service in the community. A driving license and the willingness to make regular travel for work is a necessity.
