A pathway for young people to rise
Lift You Higher is a youth empowerment initiative dedicated to supporting young people from low-income backgrounds in accessing meaningful work and work experience—especially in industries where they are historically underrepresented.
We break down barriers to entry by connecting young people with employers, mentors, and opportunities across sectors such as tech, media, law, finance, and the creative industries. Through internships, apprenticeships, and job placements, Lift You Higher opens doors that are too often closed to those without the right connections or resources.
In addition to placement support, we provide practical, hands-on preparation to ensure every young person is ready to succeed. This includes: Training and skills development Interview preparation and coaching Support with first work attire, so participants can step into new opportunities with confidence.
Our mission is simple: to create fairer access to the workforce and ensure that every young person—regardless of background—has the chance to rise.
